HOW CAN I RENT A UNIT?

You can reserve or rent units online, anytime directly from this website or in person at the kiosk next to the RV storage facility.  Click on any of the "Book Online" buttons to see the list of available units.  You can do this from any Internet-enabled computer, tablet or smartphone.  If you don't have access to the Internet, you can call us and book over the phone or in person.  Our phone number is (951) 471-1212 and the facility is located at 32040 Riverside Drive, in Lake Elsinore.

WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO RENT A UNIT?

We require photocopies be kept on file of each of the following:

  1. Valid driver's license or government issued ID card
  2. Current registration for each vehicle or vessel being stored that lists the lienholder
  3.  Proof of insurance listing the vehicle or vessel ID

DO I HAVE TO RESIDE IN LAKE ELSINORE TO RENT A UNIT?

No, anyone at least 18 years of age may rent storage space regardless of where they live.

WHAT UNITS ARE AVAILABLE?

Click on the "Facility Map" tab on our website to see an aerial view of the storage facility.  Spaces are numbered and can be reserved or rented by clicking on one of the "Rent Now" buttons beneath the facility map.

WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES OR VESSELS CAN BE STORED?

Only vehicles, vessels or trailers with current registration and insurance in good working order are allowed to be stored.  We have spaces available from thirty to one hundred feet in length to satisfy all of your storage needs.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Our website is configured to accept secure, online credit / debit card payments.  You will need to create an account from our website, where you can update your credit card information and scheduled recurring monthly payments for your convenience.  We also accept cash or checks for payment.  Cash payments must be made in person at City Hall by the scheduled due date of every month.  Checks are accepted if mailed to City Hall by the scheduled due date of every month.  You must write RV Storage and your unit number in the memo field of your check.

ARE THERE LATE FEES?

Yes. We will add a $15 dollar late fee to your account for all payments received after the sixteenth (16th) of each month.  We encourage you to setup recurring payments for your account to ensure late fees are never charged.  You can setup recurring payments directly from your secure account on our website.

HOW LONG CAN I RENT A UNIT?

You can rent a unit month to month for as long as you need. There is no long term contract, but the minimum time allowable to rent is 1 month. If you vacate early, there is no pro-rated reimbursement in place. If you leave your unit early, but plan on coming back before the end of the month, please notify us so we don't rent the unit out to someone else.

CAN I PAY IN ADVANCE?

Yes, you can pay for up to twelve (12) months in advance. If you pay for twelve months in advance, you will receive the 13th month for free.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY GATE ACCESS CODE?

Your gate access code is printed on your agreement, along with your unit number.  We encourage you to print a copy of your agreement and retain for your records.  You can also retrieve your gate access code by logging into our website and reviewing your account information or calling the rental office during normal business hours.  We strongly encourage you to write down your login/password information on your agreement so you will have all of that information in a secured location.

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE?

No, we do not insure any item stored in or on the premises. Each renter is responsible for maintaining insurance for each vehicle or vessel stored.  You must keep current insurance policy information on file with the rental office at all times.
